Sean and I just participated in our first multi-sport event this past Sunday. The Patriot Sprint Triathlon, in Williamsburg, VA. It was definitely our first of many. 
Tropical Storm Hanna changed our Triathlon to a Duathlon due to debris in the water, and this made us both happy since we were far from prepared to embrace The James River. Hanna was gone by Saturday afternoon, and we had perfect weather on Sunday. I was excited to place 6th in my age group out of 31 and 36th out of all 158 females.

Anyway...you are a total rockstar with all the "Thons" and "Tholns" Like, totally amazing. I am just waiting for you to run a full Marathon! Not that what you are doing isn't totally amazing. :)
